Bluff Park

Bluff Park comprises the areas centered on 1st and 2nd Streets as they run between Redondo Avenue and Junipero. Along this stretch homes offer very significant statements of different periods of architecture � Green & Green, Spanish Revival, and Mediterranean to name just a few. Architecturally, the homes in Bluff Park are quite varied and make for an interesting tour for anyone interested in turn-of-the-century estate homes.

The Bluff “Heights” area includes most of the Broadway corridor running east west from approximately Redondo Avenue down to Alamitos Avenue. Broadway is dotted with a wide spectrum of interesting restaurants coffee joints and unique botique shops.
