Belmont Heights

Belmont Heights, also known as “The Heights” was built after the turn of the century through the 1930’s, Belmont Heights is a collection of Spanish, Mediterranean and Craftsman Style homes. The heights is bounded by Redondo Avenue on the west, Park Avenue on the east, 7th Street on the North and Broadway on the south. While primarily a bedroom community, the Heights does offer a few shopping hot-spots. Notably, the 3 block stretch along Broadway starting at Redondo offers great local eateries, a great coffee house, as well as a myriad of botique shops.
